Request for Return

If you wish to withdraw from the purchase agreement or return goods, you can:

1. Use Self-Serve Returns after logging into your customer account and submitting a request directly with the order.

2. Fill out the form below if you do not have a customer account or prefer to contact us directly.

In the Comments field, please include the order number and the names of the products you wish to return.

To expedite processing, please provide:

• Order number
• First and last name
• Name of the product being returned
• Reason for return (optional)

Upon receiving your request, we will send you further instructions for returning the goods.
