At BerryHome, we strive to ensure your order arrives as quickly and safely as possible. We offer delivery throughout the Czech Republic and to selected European Union countries through verified carriers.

1. Shipping methods
BerryHome cooperates with verified carriers who ensure safe delivery of shipments in the Czech Republic and to selected European Union countries.
Czech Republic
For orders delivered within the Czech Republic, you can mainly use the following shipping methods:
Balíkovna
- pickup point,
- pickup point with cash on delivery.
DPD
- delivery to address,
- pickup point,
- pickup point with cash on delivery.
GLS
- delivery to address,
- pickup point,
- pickup point with cash on delivery.
ONE by Allegro
- delivery to address,
- pickup point,
- pickup point with cash on delivery.
PPL
- delivery to address,
- pickup point,
- pickup point with cash on delivery.
Zásilkovna
- pickup point,
- pickup point with cash on delivery.
Specific available shipping methods will be displayed during the order process according to the entered delivery address, order value, and chosen payment method.
Tracking your shipment
After your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation. If the chosen carrier allows online tracking, the email will also include a tracking link.
2. Delivery times
In-stock orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours of order receipt or payment confirmation.
The estimated delivery time depends on the chosen carrier and the destination country. Indicative delivery times are displayed when selecting shipping during the order process.
In exceptional cases, for example, during seasonal promotions, public holidays, or during peak periods for carriers, delivery times may be longer. We will inform you by email of any delays.
3. Shipping cost
The shipping cost depends on the chosen delivery country, selected carrier, delivery method, and optionally, the chosen payment method.
The current shipping cost is always automatically calculated during the order process after entering the delivery address and selecting the shipping method.
Some shipping methods may be provided free of charge if certain conditions are met. The availability of free shipping depends mainly on the destination country, chosen carrier, and order value. Current conditions are always displayed during the order process.
The shipping cost is always displayed before the binding submission of the order and is part of the total order price.
4. Payment methods
Orders can be paid for using one of the payment methods available when completing the order. The range of payment methods may vary depending on the destination country or the chosen shipping method.
Supported payment methods
- online payment by credit card,
- Apple Pay and Google Pay, if supported by the customer's device,
- bank transfer via QR code or payment details,
- cash on delivery for selected shipping methods.
Currently available payment methods will always be displayed during order completion.
5. Bank transfer
If you choose to pay by bank transfer, we will send you all necessary payment details after completing your order.
For faster payment, the payment details also include a QR code, which can be easily scanned in your mobile banking application. After scanning the QR code, the payment details will be filled in automatically.
The order is dispatched after the payment is credited to the seller's account.
If payment is not credited within a reasonable time, the order may be cancelled after prior notice.
6. International delivery
BerryHome also delivers orders to selected European Union countries.
Slovakia
For Slovakia, we offer delivery via DPD, GLS, Packeta, and PPL carriers. Available shipping methods may vary depending on the chosen delivery address and payment method.
Other European Union countries
For other supported countries, we primarily deliver via DPD and GLS. The range of carriers may vary depending on the destination country.
Available shipping methods, payment methods, delivery times, and potential free shipping may vary depending on the destination country.
All current options, delivery times, and any fees will be displayed during the order process after entering the delivery address.

7. Important information
- We recommend checking the integrity of the package before accepting it.
- If the shipment is visibly damaged upon receipt, we recommend not accepting it or documenting the damage with the carrier.
