Privacy Policy
The personal data protection of the Buyer, who is a natural person, is provided in accordance with the valid and effective legal regulations of the Czech Republic and the European Union.
The Buyer acknowledges that his personal data will be processed to the extent of: first name and surname, residential address, age of majority, identification number, tax identification number, e-mail address, telephone number and account number (hereinafter collectively referred to as "personal data").
Personal data will be processed by the Seller for the purpose of verifying the Buyer's age of majority for the purposes of Act No. 65/2017 Coll. on the protection of health from the harmful effects of addictive substances, for the purpose of exercising rights and obligations arising from the purchase agreement, for the purpose of managing the user account, and for conducting direct marketing. The legal basis for processing personal data is the fulfillment of a legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR), the performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), and the protection of the legitimate interests of the controller (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
The Buyer acknowledges that he is obliged to provide his personal data (during registration, in his user account, when placing an order from the web interface of the store) correctly and truthfully, and that he is obliged to inform the Seller without undue delay of any change in his personal data, if this is relevant and necessary given the nature of the relationship between the Buyer and the Seller.
The Seller may entrust a third party, as a processor, with the processing of the Buyer's personal data, in particular providers of cloud and accounting services. Except for persons transporting goods, personal data will not be transferred by the Seller to third parties without the Buyer's prior consent.
Personal data will be processed for the purposes of the purchase agreement and for direct marketing for a period of 10 years. For the purpose of managing the user account, personal data will be processed for the duration of the user account.
In the event that the Buyer believes that the Seller or the processor (Article 9.5) is processing his personal data in a way that is contrary to the protection of the Buyer's private and personal life or contrary to the law, especially if the personal data is inaccurate with regard to the purpose of its processing, he may:
- ask the Seller or the processor for an explanation,
- demand that the Seller or the processor correct or delete the personal data.
In the case of direct marketing, the buyer may also request their erasure without further delay.
If the Buyer requests information about the processing of his personal data, the Seller is obliged to provide this information to him.
