Shipping and Delivery
BerryHome s.r.o. delivers orders within the Czech Republic and to selected countries of the European Union using the available shipping services.
Shipping Methods
The specific shipping methods available are displayed during checkout based on the delivery address provided, the destination country, the order value and, where applicable, the selected payment method.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout based on the destination country, the selected shipping method and other conditions applicable to the particular order.
The customer will always see the current shipping cost, any available free shipping and the total order price before submitting the binding order.
Delivery Times
Goods in stock are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days after receipt of the order or, where the order is paid in advance, after receipt of payment.
The estimated delivery time depends on the selected shipping method and destination country. Delivery times may be extended during seasonal promotions, public holidays or periods of increased demand on shipping carriers.
Shipment Tracking
Once the order has been dispatched, we will notify the customer by email. If the selected carrier provides online shipment tracking, the shipping notification may also include a tracking link.
